Rose Point Park is located close to many of Pennsylvania and Lawrence County's unique attractions such as the Living Treasures Animal Park. Moraine State Park, featuring the 3,225-acre Lake Arthur, an outstanding warm water fishery that is also great for sailing and boating. McConnell's Mill State Park is nearby as well, nestled amidst the deep gorge of the Slippery Rock Creek, a National Natural Landmark.
